There are many ways to make money online. Some are active and some are passive.
If you want a successful online business you need to have a balance of both active and passive moneymakers.
Active money makers are direct sales of goods or services. Passive money makers are revenue sources you set up once and profit from them for a long time.
One of the most common passive money systems is using Google’s Adsense Program (or similar programs offered by other companies) to set up sites to generate money from other people’s advertising dollars. When someone clicks on an ad on your site you get paid a portion of the advertising revenue.
Sounds good doesn’t it?
However there is a problem with this method. Maybe problem is not the right word. Let’s say that the playing field has changed since the program was released. So now you have to be a lot smarter to make money using Adsense.
Gone are the days of throwing up a quick site and making money from it. You must do a lot more research, have better content, better ad placement, and better site implementation.
